Jerry Ogburn was able to turn the Cities Mission Statement into a viable Community Design Plan which is the "Blueprint" from which we will build a futuristic City. Over the past 4 years Council has lost sight of the vision as evidenced by the squander of millions of dollars on "pie-in-the-sky" enterprises! It is time for Desert Hot Springs to let its' "Little Light Shine" over Coachella Valley!
